Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or other personal circumstances.

Digital Products

Digital products are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. Once a digital product has been purchased or delivered, the sale is final.

Please review each product description and compatibility information carefully before purchasing.

Printed Materials

Printed materials are nonreturnable and nonrefundable except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered.

Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect printed materials must be submitted within seven calendar days of delivery. Please contact us at info@wonderpathcurriculum.com and include:

Your name and order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging until your claim has been resolved. We may request additional photographs or require the item to be returned. Do not return an item without contacting us first.

Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement whenever possible. When a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. We will cover authorized return-shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Minor variations in color, print placement, paper texture, binding, or appearance that occur naturally during printing or result from differences between screen displays and physical products are not considered defects.

Shipping Problems

Please contact us promptly when an order arrives incomplete or contains the wrong item so that we can investigate and correct the problem.

Packages marked as delivered but not received should first be checked with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the shipping carrier. We will assist with available shipping information and carrier claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or fulfillment. Digital orders cannot be canceled after purchase or delivery.

Australia Specific Consumer Rights:

Because printed Wonderpath editions are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not exclude any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or materially different from its description.
