Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Overview

This website is operated by Wonderpath Curriculum, LLC. Throughout this website, the terms “Wonderpath,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wonderpath Curriculum, LLC.

Wonderpath offers this website, including its information, content, features, tools, curriculum materials, printed products, digital products, and related services, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing our website, purchasing our products, downloading our materials, or otherwise using our services. Our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

1. Business Information

Wonderpath Curriculum, LLC is an Indiana limited liability company located in the United States.

Our contact information is:

United States

Customer service inquiries are answered Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. We aim to respond to emails within two to three business days.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase through this website. A parent or legal guardian may purchase products for use by a minor.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your customer account to another person.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product colors, dimensions, print placement, paper appearance, and other physical characteristics may vary slightly because of screen settings, printing processes, materials, and production methods.

Product descriptions, prices, formats, availability, recommended grade levels, and included materials are subject to correction or change. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order except when necessary to correct an obvious pricing or listing error, comply with law, or address circumstances disclosed to the customer.

We may discontinue products or limit the quantity available to a customer, household, organization, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Educational recommendations, age ranges, grade levels, standards alignments, and suggested schedules are provided as guidance. Parents, guardians, educators, and institutions remain responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for a particular learner and whether it satisfies applicable educational requirements.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment problems, an obvious pricing error, a shipping restriction, or another legitimate business or legal reason. A payment collected for an order that we decline or cancel will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation availability depends on the product type and fulfillment status. Digital products generally cannot be canceled after access or delivery has begun. Printed orders generally cannot be canceled after entering fulfillment.

Preorders and other deferred purchases are governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, together with any mandatory consumer protections.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency identified during checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include shipping, customs duties, import charges, or taxes calculated during checkout.

You are responsible for reviewing the total price before completing a purchase. The total amount presented at checkout will include charges collected by us at the time of purchase.

International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, carrier charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. The party responsible for collecting those amounts may vary according to the shipping method, destination, and applicable tax arrangement. Any charge known to us and payable through checkout will be disclosed before purchase.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

6. Digital Products and Delivery

Digital products may be delivered through email, a customer account, a download page, or another digital delivery service.

A stable internet connection, compatible device, current software, and the ability to open the file format identified in the product description may be required. Customers are responsible for reviewing technical requirements before purchase.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing purchased files. Contact us when a valid download link does not work or a purchased file is missing or corrupted.

Delivery times for digital products are usually prompt, but automated delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment review, security screening, technical interruptions, or incorrect customer information.

Digital content supplied to consumers with a statutory withdrawal right will be delivered in accordance with applicable consent and acknowledgment requirements. Where required by law, immediate access will begin only after the consumer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that the withdrawal right may be lost once performance begins.

7. Curriculum License

Unless a product page or written license expressly provides otherwise, each curriculum purchase grants the purchaser a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal educational use within one household.

A household license permits use by:

  • The purchaser
  • The purchaser’s minor children
  • Children for whom the purchaser is the parent or legal guardian
  • Children living within the same household

A household license does not permit use by a homeschool co-op, classroom, school, microschool, tutoring business, learning center, library program, nonprofit program, commercial educational service, or other organization.

Separate households must purchase separate licenses. Families gathering informally may discuss or complete activities together, but each participating household must own its own copy unless a product expressly includes a group license.

Educators and organizations must purchase an applicable classroom, co-op, group, or institutional license before using Wonderpath materials with learners outside a single household.

Printed books may be used by members of the licensed household. Ownership of a printed copy does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, digitize, upload, or distribute its contents.

8. Permitted Educational Use

A household license allows the purchaser to:

  • Download and save the purchased files for use within the licensed household
  • Print reasonable copies for members of the licensed household
  • Complete, annotate, and adapt activities for the educational needs of licensed household members
  • Store a personal backup copy
  • Display pages during private instruction within the licensed household

Adaptations created for personal household instruction remain subject to Wonderpath’s underlying copyright. An adaptation may not be sold, published, distributed, uploaded, or shared outside the licensed household.

9. Prohibited Use of Curriculum Materials

Without prior written permission or an applicable expanded license, you may not:

  • Share digital files with another household or individual
  • Email, message, transfer, or upload purchased files for another person
  • Post files or substantial portions of files on a public or private website, social media platform, file-sharing service, learning management system, shared drive, membership platform, or online group
  • Reproduce materials for a co-op, classroom, school, tutoring service, library, organization, or commercial program
  • Sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or commercially exploit the materials
  • Remove copyright notices, watermarks, credits, trademarks, or other ownership information
  • Claim Wonderpath materials or adaptations of them as your own
  • Create or distribute derivative curriculum products based substantially on Wonderpath materials
  • Scan or digitize a printed product for distribution
  • Use the materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, populate, or create a dataset for an artificial intelligence or machine-learning system
  • Upload substantial portions of the materials to an artificial intelligence service for summarization, rewriting, reproduction, or generation of competing materials

Limited quotation for criticism, commentary, scholarship, teaching, or another use permitted by applicable law is not prohibited by these Terms.

Questions concerning licenses or permissions may be sent to info@wonderpathcurriculum.com.

10. Intellectual Property

The Wonderpath website and Wonderpath-created materials, including text, curriculum, lesson plans, original illustrations, worksheets, graphics, photographs, audio, video, branding, logos, product names, designs, layouts, and compilations, are owned by or licensed to Wonderpath Curriculum, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

A purchase grants only the license expressly described in these Terms or on the applicable product page. Copyright and other ownership rights are not transferred to the purchaser.

Historical artworks, quotations, archival materials, trademarks, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners or may be used according to applicable public-domain status, license terms, or legal exceptions. Wonderpath does not claim ownership of third-party materials merely because they appear in an educational product.

“Wonderpath Curriculum,” associated logos, product names, series names, and other brand identifiers may not be used in a manner suggesting sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without written permission.

11. Printed Materials, Shipping, and Delivery

Printed products are shipped according to the delivery options and estimates displayed at checkout or stated on the product page.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, severe weather, customs processing, production interruptions, inaccurate addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for fulfilling the order as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers the risk of loss to a consumer earlier than permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer when permitted by law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, and undelivered orders are addressed under our Refund and Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

12. Preorders and Other Purchase Options

Products offered as preorders will be identified on the product page. The listing will provide an anticipated fulfillment or release timeframe whenever possible.

Preorders may be canceled according to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. A material delay will be communicated to the customer along with a revised estimate and available cancellation or refund options.

Wonderpath does not currently offer subscriptions or try-before-you-buy purchases. Applicable terms will be disclosed before purchase should either option become available.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Refund and Return Policy explains the requirements, procedures, and timeframes for requesting a replacement, return, or refund.

Our general final-sale rules do not limit remedies for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered. They also do not limit any withdrawal, cancellation, refund, guarantee, or conformity right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Customers located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections retain all nonwaivable rights provided by applicable law.

14. Educational Disclaimer

Wonderpath provides educational materials and resources. Wonderpath is not a school, accrediting organization, government agency, legal adviser, medical provider, or individualized educational consultant.

We do not guarantee a particular academic result, grade, test score, credit determination, admission decision, legal compliance determination, or educational outcome.

Standards alignments and academic recommendations are prepared in good faith using the information available at the time of publication. Educational standards and legal requirements may change. Parents, guardians, educators, and institutions are responsible for reviewing applicable homeschool laws, school policies, graduation requirements, accessibility needs, and academic standards.

Nothing in our materials constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice. Activities involving art materials, tools, heat, food, plants, outdoor exploration, animals, or other potential hazards require appropriate adult judgment and supervision.

15. Acceptable Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate applicable law or the rights of another person
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
  • Submit false, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or unlawful material
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or disruptive technology
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or restricted area
  • Circumvent security, access, download, or purchase controls
  • Scrape, copy, harvest, or extract website content through automated or manual means for commercial exploitation
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website
  • Use the website or its content to create a competing product or service

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, infringed legal rights, threatened the security of the service, or engaged in fraud or abuse.

16. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

Our website may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, delivery services, embedded content, or other features operated by third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, content, or policies of third parties, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or educational reference. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Customers should review third-party terms and policies before completing a separate transaction.

17. Relationship With Shopify

Wonderpath’s online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to offer our products and services.

Purchases made through this store are transactions directly between the customer and Wonderpath Curriculum, LLC. Shopify is not the seller of Wonderpath products and is not responsible for product content, fulfillment, customer service, or disputes arising from a Wonderpath purchase.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts our store, Shopify processes certain personal information to provide and improve its services. Shopify’s handling of personal information is described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Other service providers may process information for payment, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, digital delivery, analytics, advertising, customer service, or other legitimate business purposes. Further information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

19. Reviews, Feedback, and Customer Submissions

You remain the owner of original feedback, reviews, photographs, suggestions, and other content you submit to us.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant Wonderpath a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting our products and services. This permission continues unless withdrawal is required by applicable law or we agree in writing to remove the content.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Compensation, discounts, gifts, or other incentives connected with a review must be disclosed.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, contains private information, or violates these Terms. We will not suppress a review solely because it expresses a negative opinion.

20. Errors and Corrections

Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions concerning product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.

We may correct errors and update information. An order affected by a material pricing or listing error may be canceled before fulfillment. A customer will be notified and any collected payment will be refunded.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate website access or a customer account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful conduct, security risks, infringement, nonpayment, or a material violation of these Terms.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations incurred before termination. Provisions concerning intellectual property, licenses, privacy, liability, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended by their nature to continue will survive termination.

Termination of website access does not eliminate a consumer remedy or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.

22. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide the website and its general informational content on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available website operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. This disclaimer does not apply to an express written warranty, a statutory guarantee, or a consumer right that cannot be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for supplying products that conform to the contract or for providing remedies required by applicable law.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderpath Curriculum, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from website use or a product purchase when such losses were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.

Wonderpath is not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized account access resulting from a customer’s failure to protect account credentials, improper use of materials, use contrary to provided instructions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Wonderpath’s aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a business or organizational user agrees to indemnify Wonderpath Curriculum, LLC against third-party claims arising directly from that user’s unlawful use of the website, infringement of intellectual property rights, unauthorized distribution of curriculum materials, or material breach of these Terms.

This section does not apply to an individual consumer to the extent that such an obligation would be prohibited or considered unfair under applicable law.

25. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Legal proceedings involving Wonderpath may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in or serving Gibson County, Indiana, subject to applicable law.

For consumers, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction when that right is provided by the laws applicable to you.

26. Severability

A provision found unlawful, void, or unenforceable will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

27. No Waiver

A delay or failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Wonderpath concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.

Product-specific license terms or expressly stated promotional terms control over these general Terms when a direct conflict exists.

Nothing in this section excludes a representation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

29. Assignment

You may not transfer your customer account, curriculum license, or rights under these Terms without our written permission.

Wonderpath may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of the business, or transfer to an affiliated company, provided that the transfer does not reduce a consumer’s existing rights.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase unless permitted by law.
